Spooky Babe Expresses Herself with Skull Inspired Shoot // Kansas City Boudoir Session
The best word I can think to use for the perfect boudoir experience is “Unique”.
And I don’t mean that you have to have 100% custom sewn lingerie and costumes with hair and makeup so outrageous that you are unrecognizable. No. What I mean by “unique” is that it should encapsulate YOU as a person and 100% of who YOU are.
At the Brave Boss Babe studio we strive to make sure that you are catered to within your comfort level and preferences. No two sessions are the same. Why? Because no two brave boss babes are the same!
You are totally unique. So why shouldn’t your boudoir session reflect that? Why shouldn’t your photos show a side of YOU and not just some sexy poses that may or may not feel authentic to you as a person? I honestly cannot think of a single reason why.
That is why I was SO excited for Cori’s session.
She was totally ready for something that reflected her own passions and interests (I mean how many people bring in a limited edition print of a book about being married to a serial killer as a prop?). As soon as I saw that I knew I had to step up to the plate. I dug into my vault and brought up some of my favorite skulls from my personal collection. Cori was thrilled as all she wanted was that stunning dark vibe.
I got it.
I cracked the code.
Because I am never looking to do the same session every single time. The only thing I want to repeat is creating that amazing, incredible, jaw dropping experience that you deserve every single time.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Leah. Let me try and break it down for you, the person reading this and considering working with her. I booked a boudoir shoot, but she is a multifaceted photographer. I’m sure every encounter with her is just as magical!
1. Hair and makeup: Leah had a hair and makeup professional ready for me when I arrived at her studio. They were amazing and did such a great job of making me look like my best self.
2. Her studio: ADORABLE. She has different little set ups that she tweaks and arranges just for you. She even brought some items from her home to use in my shoot just to enhance the look I was going for. It’s a small space but she uses it so well. She also has sample albums, canvas examples, snacks and goodies, and a big tv screen to get the full impact of your beautiful photos.
3. The photos and products: out of this world. The photos are stunning and truly capture you at your best. She offers a big selection of products to display your works of art, from metal prints to canvases, to fully customizable albums in various sizes, even an adorable little viewfinder that she calls a peep show! How cute is that?
4. Last but definitely not least, Leah herself: an amazing human being. She led me through a short meditation and breathing exercise before starting which really helped for nerves. After that, it was nonstop laughter and jokes and it was all just... natural! I’m very awkward around people who don’t know me, usually because I feel like a weirdo. Not with Leah. She embraces your individuality, makes you feel right at home. She also brought her pet cat in so I could pet her. If that’s not award winning service, idk what is.
So, yeah. Book her, book her now. You won’t regret it. THANK YOU LEAH!
