I believe that portrait photography is one of the greatest way we can capture ourselves at any moment of our lives. We are ever changing creatures - evolving, growing - and one second is always different than the next. I believe that portrait photography is so much more than just taking a picture. It is freezing time. It is the defiance of nature’s laws. Portrait photography is magic. Let me make magic with you!

A portrait session is a deeply personal thing.

It is not a one size fits all situation.

Which is why I am passionate about creating unique, beautiful images that capture not just smiling faces but who my subjects are as individuals. Have a twirly four year old? I will photograph them dancing. Have an awkward high school senior? I will make them laugh and listen to them and work with them to create something they feel represents them as a human. Want incredible images of yourself even though you hate being in front of the camera? I will take every step possible to help you prepare, relax, and enjoy the process.

My session fee covers professional hair and makeup for one person (and trust me, male humans. You need it. No one likes to be shine-y in photos or have frizzy hair!), an hour long shoot with me at an agreed upon location or in my home studio, and a same day viewing session of your images within 45 minutes of your session ending!

Then in as little as 20 minutes after the shoot, we review your images together and select the package that best fits your needs. All packages are priced per image and the printed products are an extra service I provide as I am passionate about preserving your beautiful images for generations to come. Each printed product is created on the highest quality archival material so your images can be treasured by only you or by your loved ones as well.

Your memories are some of your most precious assets. Without them, we are without identity. We are without origin. We exist in a strange vacuum with no beginning and definite end. We do not remember what we ate three days ago much less how we felt, how we looked, what we were experiencing.
