Official Contest Rules

This offer is sponsored by LGEmerick LLC, a photography studio located in Independence, MO.

Contest Period:
The contest begins on December 26, 2024, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on January 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST.

Eligibility:
The contest is open to women who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and willing to travel to Independence, MO for the photoshoot. Employees of LGEmerick LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.

How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

To enter, participants must submit their response to the following question:
"Why would you love to have this a glamorous photoshoot with LGEmerick Photography?

Entries must be submitted via website entry form. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person or entries submitted using multiple identities will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must complete their entry in its entirety and agree to the terms and conditions of working with the studio. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on the following factors:

  • Creativity and originality of the answer.

  • Emotional resonance or personal connection to the idea of a Beauty Has No Age Photo Experience.

  • Thoughtfulness and clarity of the response.

The women with the most thoughtful and creative answers, as determined by the judges at LGEmerick LLC , will be selected as the winners. The judges' decision is final.

Prize Description:
The winner will receive:

  • A professional photo shoot at LGEmerick LLC 's studio.

  • Professional hair and makeup services.

  • One (1) 5x7 print from the photo shoot.

The prize has an approximate retail value of $800. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be gifted. The photo shoot must be scheduled within 30 days of notification and will take place on a weekday, subject to the photographer’s availability. If the winner cannot attend on an available date, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected based on the creativity and thoughtfulness of their response. The winner will be notified by email and/or text message on or about thee week of January 6th, 2025. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize and schedule their session. If the winner fails to respond or schedule within 24 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be gifted or sold to anyone else.

Verification:
The winner will be required to:

  • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Sign a publicity usage form granting LGEmerick LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and images from the photo shoot for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  • Complete and submit any necessary tax forms if applicable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow LGEmerick LLC to use their name, likeness, and images from the photo shoot for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability Release:
By entering, participants release LGEmerick LLC , its employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the contest or use of the prize. The sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, fraudulent activity, or any other issues beyond its control.

Additional Terms:
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. It is void where prohibited by law. LGEmerick LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
